By participating in a Puppy Yoga session, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and agree to all of its terms. I understand that this activity involves physical exercise and interactions with puppies, whose behavior can be unpredictable. Consequently, I voluntarily accept all associated risks, including but not limited to: falls, slips, muscle strains, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, bodily injuries, or property damage. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this activity and undertake to comply with the instructions and directives issued by the supervising team. I also undertake to interact with the animals calmly and respectfully, it being understood that the presence and level of interaction with the puppies may vary and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, I waive all claims and release the Puppy Yoga organization, including its owners, employees, collaborators, partner studios, and animal providers, from all liability for any damage, injury, or loss that may arise in connection with my participation, except in the event of gross negligence or intentional fault. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the activity and for any damage I may cause. In the event that I register a minor participant (when permitted), I confirm that I am acting as a parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
