🐾 Cancellation and Refund Policy — HIVE PUPPY YOGA

At HIVE PUPPY YOGA, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for all our participants and ensure the well-being of our puppies. To guarantee optimal organization, the following policy applies:

Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation request must be made at least 72 hours before the event to be eligible for a full refund.

Late Requests
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

Booking Transfer
If you can no longer attend your session, you have the option to transfer your spot to another person, by notifying us 72 hours in advance.

Absence on the Day of the Event
Any absence without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not entitle you to any refund or postponement.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by HIVE PUPPY YOGA

HIVE PUPPY YOGA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class for operational, safety, or puppy welfare reasons. In such cases, participants will be notified by email and will have the option to either receive a full refund or a credit applicable toward a future HIVE PUPPY YOGA session.

Participants must communicate their decision by email within thirty (30) days of the notice being sent. Any credit must also be used within this same 30-day period. After this deadline, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be granted.
