This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") describes the practices of HIVE PUPPY YOGA (hereinafter "we", "our", "us") regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1), as amended by Bill 25.

1. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information" means any information relating to a natural person that allows, directly or indirectly, to identify them.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only collect personal information necessary for the purposes specified below, including:

First and last name
Contact information (email address, phone number)
Reservation information
Payment information (processed by secure third-party providers)

This information is collected notably when you:

make a reservation;
communicate with us;
fill out an online form.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION

Personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:

To provide and administer our services;
To manage reservations and events;
To communicate with customers;
To ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations;
To improve the quality of our services.

We commit to limiting collection to information strictly necessary for these purposes.

In accordance with Bill 25, consent must be manifest, free, informed, and given for specific purposes. It can be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

6. TRANSFER OUTSIDE QUEBEC

At the end of this period, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

theft.

9. RIGHTS OF CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the following rights:

Right to rectification;
Right to withdraw your consent;
Right to deletion or de-indexing, where applicable;
Right to file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
