Yoga mats are available for rent at the session, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Each class runs for an hour, starting with 45 minutes of yoga, followed by 30 minutes of interaction with puppies.

Absolutely, you are more than welcome to take pictures during the class!

To participate, you must be at least 12 years old. If you are younger than 18, it is necessary to have an adult present with you throughout the class.
